A: Yes. We deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and even remote areas. Deliveries outside major towns usually take 2–5 business days.

A: We accept MPESA (Till Number & Paybill), Visa/Mastercard, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD in Nairobi only).

Q4. Can I pay on delivery?
A: Yes. Customers in Nairobi can use Cash on Delivery (COD) for convenience and peace of mind.

A: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS or email with a tracking link. You can also check the status via our Order Tracking page.

A: Products can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Faulty or damaged products qualify for a free replacement or refund. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
